Principal premiação da música, Grammy anuncia indicados de 2023 e têm brasileira

Na tarde desta terça-feira, 15/11, a Recording Academy anunciou os indicados ao 65º Grammy Awards, a principal premiação da indústria da música. A entrega dos prêmios será no dia 05 de fevereiro de 2023, em Los Angeles, nos Estados Unidos.

A artista mais indicada é Beyoncé, que concorrerá em nove categorias, entre elas Álbum, Gravação e Canção do Ano. Aliás, a americana do Texas alcançou um novo recorde: é a artista com maior número de indicações na história do Grammy – 88 no total. Ela está empata apenas com o próprio marido, o rapper Jay-Z.

Em julho, Beyoncé lançou o álbum “Renaissance”, que traz uma união do pop contemporâneo com diversos elementos da house music e disco.

A cantora Anitta foi indicada na categoria Artista Revelação. De acordo com a Academia de Gravação, responsável pela entrega dos prêmios, “esta categoria reconhece um artista cujo(s) lançamento(s) no ano elegibilidade [2021/2022] alcançaram um avanço na consciência pública e impactaram notavelmente o cenário musical.”

Anitta estourou no início do ano quando sua música “Envolver” atingiu o topo do principal aplicativo de streaming no mundo. A cantora se manifestou via Twitter sobre o feito. “Nunca na vida eu imaginaria esse momento chegando. Eu sou do Brasil galera… quer dizer… uau! Sem palavras. Obrigado, obrigado, obrigado… grata para sempre. Ganhar ou perder isso é a maior conquista que eu poderia imaginar”, escreveu.
